How does ordering work?
Put the products you want in your shopping cart, enter your delivery address and choose a payment method. We will then show you exactly how much you are sending and where. As soon as payment is received, we will pack your package.
I've never paid with cryptocurrency before - how does it work?
You need a crypto app with a balance in Bitcoin or USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). Your order page shows the address, exact amount and QR code. Copy all details exactly and send using the displayed network. Payment is confirmed automatically after at least two blockchain confirmations. For USDT, all six decimal places must match.
How much time do I have to complete my payment?
Send the displayed crypto amount within the deadline shown on your order page. Payment is confirmed automatically after at least two blockchain confirmations. For USDT, all six decimal places must match. If the deadline has passed, do not pay again; contact us with your order number if you have already paid.
When will my package arrive?
After receipt of payment we usually ship within 24 hours. You can find the tracking number on your order page.
How is it packaged?
Neutral and without reference to the content. The bottles are sealed and securely padded.
What does “set of 10” mean?
Each product is sold as a set of 10 sealed bottles. The price applies to the entire set - you can see the price per bottle directly below.
I sent too little or too much – what now?
Write us an email with your order number and the transaction ID from your app. We'll sort this out quickly and easily.
